This EULA governs your use of plugins, themes and other software (“Products”) purchased from shop.designation.ee, operated by Designation OÜ (“Designation”).
1. GPL license
All PHP code in our Products is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL). This means you may use, modify, and redistribute that code under the terms of the GPL. Bundled assets that are not PHP (images, CSS, JS, fonts) may be licensed separately as noted in the product; where not noted, they are covered by this EULA.
2. What your purchase includes
A purchase from the Shop gives you:
- Access to download the Product;
- A license key for automatic updates and support;
- Lifetime updates (see Support Policy);
- Support for the period stated on the product page (typically 12 months, renewable).
3. Sites per license
Each product page states how many sites the license may activate on (typically: 1, 5, or unlimited). Staging and local development environments do not count against your limit.
4. What you may do
- Install and use the Product on the number of sites permitted by your license.
- Modify the Product for your own use.
- Use the Product on client sites (extended / unlimited licenses).
- Redistribute modified PHP source under the GPL (understanding that redistribution does not include your license key or update access).
5. What you may not do
- Share, resell or sublicense your license key or update access.
- Represent modified versions of the Product as an official Designation release.
- Remove copyright notices from source files.
6. Ownership
You own the sites you build with our Products. Designation retains ownership of the Products themselves and the Designation brand.
7. Warranty & liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Designation disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
8. Termination
If you materially breach this EULA, we may deactivate your license key. Your GPL rights to code already delivered are unaffected.
