These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shop.designation.ee (the “Shop”) and any purchase of products or services from it. The Shop is operated by Designation OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“Designation”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Products & services
The Shop sells digital goods (WordPress plugins, themes, integrations) and web development services. Product pages describe features, license scope and included support at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update, improve or discontinue any product.
3. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated and exclude VAT.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly via download link and My Account page. See our Delivery & Downloads page for details. Services are delivered per the schedule agreed after purchase.
5. License
Plugins and themes are licensed under GPL v2 or later and, additionally, under our EULA which governs updates, support, and license keys.
6. Refunds

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell or redistribute our license keys;
- use our products to build sites that violate applicable law (including WordPress trademark policy);
- attempt to bypass license validation or update servers.
GPL rights (modification, self-distribution of code) are unaffected — see the EULA.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Designation’s total liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data, reputation).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this URL with a “last updated” date. Material changes affecting existing orders will be notified by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
