Are your products GPL?
Yes. All PHP code is GPL v2 or later. Use it on unlimited personal sites and on client sites (within the license tier you bought).
Do updates ever expire?
Updates are lifetime. Support is time-limited (usually 12 months), but the plugin will keep receiving new versions and security fixes for as long as we maintain it.
Can I use one plugin on multiple sites?
It depends on the license tier — single-site, 5-site, or unlimited. Each product page shows the options. Staging and local dev environments never count against the limit.
Do you offer a trial?
No trials, but we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if a product doesn’t work as described. See our Refund Policy.
Will your plugins slow my site down?
Every product is benchmarked before release. If it adds noticeable load time to a default WooCommerce store, it doesn’t ship.
Do you build custom plugins?

Do you support multisite?
Yes, unless a product page says otherwise. Network activation and per-site licensing both work.
Which page builders do you support?
Our themes work with the WordPress block editor, Elementor and WpBakery. Plugins are page-builder-agnostic.
How do I get an invoice with my VAT number?
Add your company name and VAT number at checkout — the invoice generated after payment will include them. Existing customers can update details in My Account → Billing.
